Lillian Hayden’s leadership skills shine during the football senior night
Lillian Hayden, sophomore at Graves County High school, was given the responsibility to lead the preparations for the football team’s senior night.
“I like being in charge of stuff, like planning things. It was kind of stressful, in like planning stuff.”
She seemed to enjoy the fact that she was in charge and how well everything went. Not only that but her teacher was very impressed as well.
“She did a great job contacting players, creating and sending the form, writing the script, creating a map, and working with parents,” said leadership teacher Mrs. Mills.
“She was able to both lead as an individual and delegate tasks,” Mrs. Mills continued. “She shined during this event as it required strong organizational and communication skills.”
