Early December, 9 students from Culinary Class traveled to Paducah for a Food Show Field Trip to taste test different foods for the school’s cafeteria menu. This experience gave an idea of what students would want to eat in school and offers students more satisfaction based on providing more school food options.

After the students taste-tested different foods, students visited Kirchhoff’s Bakery and Deli where they were able to explore a working kitchen, baking machines, and much more.
