The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and the Samsung Galaxy S6 were announced Wednesday, March 4. The phones have a UK release date of April 10, 2015. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is named after the new design of the curved edges of the phone. The Samsung Galaxy S6 has the same design as the previous Samsung Galaxy S5. The S6’s were announced just hours after the HTC One M9, which is HTC’s flagship for 2015.

For those that are into specs the S6’s are looking very impressive with 64-bit, octa-core Exynos 7420 processors lining up alongside 16-megapixel, OIS-enhanced rear-mounted cameras and 5.1-inch, 2K displays. The outer appearance for this phone has 5 different colors that will be available on the day of the launch, which include ‘White Pearl’, ‘Black Sapphire’, ‘Gold Platinum’, ‘Blue Topaz’ and ‘Green Emerald’. There will also be different storage sizes, that include the 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB.
