PetSense, in Mayfield, KY, is opening a 15$ Microchip Clinic on Saturday, October 16th from 10am-2pm. The clinic’s purpose is to allow pet owners to get their pet micro chipped.

If your pet is already micro chipped you can still stop by to have their chip checked, which is recommended to do yearly to avoid chip migration or malfunction. The clinic seconds as an adoption event and family day. There will be activities like food truck, raffles, face painting, and more for those who choose to stick around.

Those who attend are asked to have all dogs on leashes and cats secured in carriers. Attendees must also wear a mask and practice social distancing to protect other visitors and volunteers. Those who do not wish to attend the event can get their pet micro chipped, by appointment, on Tuesday-Saturday, 12-4 pm.
