Juniors take March 20th ACT
Thousands of high school juniors across the nation participated in the March 20th ACT.
In comparison to previous ACTs, junior Carley Cope thinks that the math section was harder than ever. “I’m pretty familiar with the ACT, and I have never had such a difficult math section. Mr.Blalock has really helped me this year but that math was hard.”
On the other hand, junior Cameron Gough feels confident in his English score. “Ms.Crouch’s AP lang has really helped in English. I never knew a powerpoint could help so much.”
All juniors attended a session with Shawn Baldwin, a 1994 GC alumni who scored a 35 on the ACT. Baldwin spends his time analyzing past ACT questions in order to provide the most helpful tips for coming up tests.
Students will receive their scores within 4-6 weeks.
