Irma Downgraded To Tropical Storm, Death Toll Rises

As Irma continues to lash Florida and Georgia, the reported death toll has risen to 24 casualties within the Caribbean. The storm has officially lessened to the power of a tropical storm, with winds reaching up to 74 miles per hour, according to The Weather Channel. Flood levels in Florida have reached up to 3 feet above Florida’s current flood level, also according to CNN Weather.
