He says the visible damage has widened over about a year and that doors inside the home no longer close properly. The homeowner’s posts have made the dispute highly visible online, but the basic question remains unsettled: whether the cracking is only surface-level or a sign of something deeper.

How the homeowner says the damage spreads through the house

In the newer footage, the homeowner starts outside where he says the first foundation crack is visible. From there, he follows the path of the damage upward and through the home, pointing to cracks in the dining room, bathroom, and garage before reaching the opposite exterior wall.

He says the cracks connect from one side of the property to the other, making the problem look more serious than a simple cosmetic flaw. He also says one gap grew large enough that he could see outside through it. An inspector he hired first raised concern about the foundation

The homeowner says he brought in his own inspector before Lennar sent anyone to evaluate the house. According to his account, that inspector identified what appeared to be a foundation crack along with other problems.

Why the homeowner says he is not convinced

The homeowner’s main objection is that the visible damage seems too connected to dismiss. In earlier clips, he showed cracks across interior walls and ceilings, along with doors that he says no longer work properly.

He also described an exterior gap that widened significantly over the course of about a year. Taken together, he argues, the damage suggests a broader issue than a surface blemish. Lennar’s reported position, though, is that the foundation stayed within normal limits during its inspection.

The dispute is now playing out on social media

The homeowner says the disagreement has spilled over onto Lennar’s social media pages. In one update, he claimed people began posting comments about his home on the company’s Instagram account before comments were later disabled.

He shared screenshots that he says show some of those messages. It has not been independently established that the comments were disabled because of his videos, but the episode shows how quickly the dispute has spread beyond the house itself.
