The Eagles tipped off their season with Eagle Mania on November 20th to introduce new and returning faces of the GCHS basketball teams.

“I’m looking forward to seeing the Eagle’s Nest packed with students and fans,” said Head Coach Josh Frick. “Our players have been working hard in the off-season to prepare themselves for the high expectations that have been put on them this season.”

They plan to have a different season this year, said Lady Eagles Head Coach Lyndon Dunning. “This was the first time in 3 years our girls had a true summer experience. Depth and offensive skills should be two of our strengths going into the year, we must accept our roles and share playing time.”

Both teams are making moves in becoming a top performing team and improve their program at all levels as they eye the district championship and and regional crown before tackling state.

Come and support our Eagles as they take on the Marshall County Marshals Friday night at 7:30 pm at MCHS.
