Grayson Pate, a senior at Graves County, began playing the piano when he was just three after being fascinated with his pianists at church, Jane Ann Mcalpin and Carol Rollins.

Pate mostly plays classical and gospel music;  He plays for his church, at weddings and everything in between. He has been a member of Graves County choir for last decade.

“Grayson has been an asset to this entire school, and I am incredibly lucky to have him in this program,” said Mr. Rice, Pate’s high school choir instructor. “We would not be where we are today without him!”

Pate’s future goals include playing in larger ensembles in college, along with pursuing his interest in mathematics and genealogy.
