GCTV, the student news channel, aired its first broadcast of the 20-21 school year on September 14.

The program’s new sponsor, Mr. Nick Miller, shared his vision with the school in an announcement earlier this week:

“One of my goals is to use the newscast to promote big things involving our students and faculty – inside and outside these walls.”

The broadcast featured Orchestra Director Dr. Laura Hill, who commented on the integral role music and the fine arts plays in our society both past and present.

In addition, the program covered the after school meal program, recent athletic events, and other school news.

Mr. Miller requests anyone to contact him with relevant events or activities going on within the school and community.
