On May 9th, 2019, I went to my very first concert. My sister, mother, stepdad, and I traveled to Evansville, Indiana, to see our two favorite country artists. This was Jason Aldean’s Ride All Night Tour with Kane Brown, Carly Pearce, and DJ Silver. It was his 4th show of the tour.

At the Ford Center, I was immediately greeted with fans walking around in excitement, food and drinks, merchandise for sale, and country music playing over the loudspeaker. After ordering popcorn and drinks, we decided to find our seats and prepare for the best night of our lives. I couldn’t have been more excited to learn about how exciting a concert can be.

The opening act was a great way to get the night started. Country singer Carly Pearce sang her own original songs about love and positivity. Then DJ Silver, who had been working with Aldean since 2009, played different remixes of popular songs from 1960 to today in between breaks.

When Kane Brown appeared on stage, the crowd went wild and roared with joy. The “What Ifs” singer made his performance special by appreciating the love and support from his Kandy Kanes and the Kane Train. He got involved with the crowd by singing his own songs and walking through different areas of the crowd while performing “Lose It.” While he performed “Weekend,” he waved at me, which got me excited and wave back, I had to record this on camera. Our seats were pretty close and I had no choice but to capture those exciting moments. This was my favorite part of the event.

When Jason Aldean made his appearance on stage, the crowd went wild. He performed almost every song while playing his guitar, including his old ones from when he first became famous. He wrapped up the night by thanking his fans for coming and having a great time.

I highly recommend any country fan, Jason Aldean fan, or Kane Brown fan to go see these guys. I couldn’t help but look back at the memories I had made that night. This was definitely a night to remember. Thank you, Mom and my stepdad, Tony, for this amazing experience.
