Prom Fashion Show set for February 8th
On February 8th, Graves County High School will be hosting their annual prom fashion show.
Senior, Carly Cope explained,”We (the fashion marketing class) had a few polls going on to determine the theme for this year, and “AstroWorld” was picked.”
Prom Show director, Mrs. McKee explains “This year we are having 14 donated dresses that will be modeled. As the models present the dress the audience will get an opportunity to check out the latest styles and designers. The class has been preparing for a while now, and we hope this year goes as great as we plan it to be.”
People within the community will be donating different prom dresses to show off during the 45 minute show. Most of the dresses supplied are ones that are currently being sold by former students. The models will make their way across the stage, while the host goes into detail describing the dress.
Brochures will be passed out to the audience stating the brand year and size of the different dresses. After the show is over, the people interested in the dresses have the chance to make an offer on the said dress.
Dress donations can be accepted for the next two weeks.
