The new Sapporo Sushi Steakhouse is  located at 1102 Paris Rd, Unit 15B, in the old Mayfield Plaza. They held its grand opening the first week of September 2018, this featured the welcoming staff to introduce the restaurant and variety that the menu holds.

The overall experience was great and highly recommended if you are looking for quick service and a friendly environment.

The head manager Anita Chen said, “We’re a smaller type of hibachi grill, allowing our service to be faster and the experience to be better.”

The restaurant menu offers many hibachi and sushi options including the classics that come to mind as well as a few hometown favorites, like the ‘Superman’ sushi rolls. This dish features a deep-fried roll with snow crab, avocado, and a cream sauce filling.
