Breaking Out The Crazy

Breaking+Out+The+Crazy

November 23rd is known as Black Friday. Every year stores open to the public allowing them to buy a crazy amount of goods for Christmas events. In case you were unaware of what Black Friday is, it is an informal name for the day following Thanksgiving Day, which has been regarded as the beginning of the country’s Christmas shopping season since 1952, although the term “Black Friday” did not become widely recognized or used until the early 2000’s.

Personally, coming from living in Mayfield, KY, we don’t think we have much to do around here, but there are plenty of stores that participate in the crazy Black Friday event. Places like Walmart, Peebles, and Lowes Home Improvement all have items you can purchase as Christmas gifts or any gift for your friends and family. There’s so much to do on this day. If you aren’t willing to go out and shop, you can also shop online. A lot of people take themselves and a family member to help get these items before they’re all sold out. Fights can break out, and a lot of people get angry because they didn’t get what they wanted, selfish right? This year I encourage everyone to play nice. There are so many ideas you can create when it comes to buying for a gift.

So get ready to break out your encouraged self and stay safe on this out of this world, insane day.
