This season the fashion world is raving over pastels, funky sunglasses, transparency, and black-and-white polka dots. From Carolina Herrera to Chanel, similar trends have been spotted all over the runway.

Taking inspiration from ski masks, and to put it lightly, plastic bubble wrap, Christian Dior and Valentino created this season’s must haves. Chanel, in addition to Dior and Valentino, created a transparent boot with their signature black-toed heel.

Monique Lhullier presented a fairy-esque lavender dress with frill all down the skirt – another common trend amongst spring/summer runways. On the other hand, Victoria Beckham showcased a tomboy’s dream collection, with feminine pastels featured on oversized blazers and matching trousers.
