On February 23rd, the Graves County Ag Department worked with teachers and special needs students to hold a dog washing day.

Students from both departments worked together to wash teacher’s dogs and show what it’s like to own a pet.

“We worked with special needs education students that were learning how to wash dogs and learn responsibility. Mr. Horn bought a table and supplies so we could apply that responsibility into their lives,” said junior Makayla Willett.

The Ag department held another event on March 2nd due to the overwhelming positive feedback from the students, as well as having another opportunity to collaborate.
