Every year Graves County High School presents a suicide prevention video allowing students and teachers alike to learn how to spot depression and various signs of self-harm. The video features teens acting in real life situations of depression and contemplation of suicide. In the examples the teens act out how the correct way to help someone in depression work out their feelings and talking to a trusted adult. If you know someone who is in depression and is hurting himself talk to them and help them to talk to a trusted adult.
