The GCHS Spring Choir Concert was held Thursday, April 14^th in the high school Performing Arts Center.

It featured the high school’s concert choir, chamber choir, show choir, and A cappella. The choir program is directed by Raeanne McKendree.

“I liked the concert because it gave the people who auditioned for the Governor’s School of the Arts a chance to perform and show what we’ve been working hard on for months,” said Brea Rollston, a senior involved in A cappella, chamber, and show choir. “All the choirs collaborated and it gave us a chance to work as a whole and get to know our fellow choir students better.”

This was the last concert of the year for the choir program. However, they will perform again in Curtain Call at the end of the month along with the band and orchestra programs. Dates are to be announced.
